Abermule with Llandyssil Community Council invited the developers
agent to attend our meeting 3rd July to answer questions on this development,
the agent declined. Council requested an evening Public Consultation but were only able to secure their agents availability:-

Communtiy Coffee Mornings

From September 2019 Abermule Communtiy Centre will be providing the opportunity for Communtiy Groups to host Coffee Mornings on the last Friday of each month. The coffee mornings will be available to affiliated groups to raise funds and individuals wishing to raise money for charity. The first Coffee morning will be 27th September 2019 Hosted by Abermule CP School to raise money as part of McMillans Coffee Morning campaign.

If you are interested in hosting a coffee morning or supporting this initiative, please get in touch info@abermule.cymru. We will be looking to schedule following coffee mornings at the next ACCA group meeting.

Abermule Community Centre and Microsoft Teams

All those registered to Abermule.cymru digital services now have FREE access to Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams is a great platform for you to plan and book your meetings, book rooms and Abermule Community Centre, utilise HD video conferencing, share files and access group forums and online chat. User groups will have access to their own private area and Global Access to Organisation Wide channels.

Affiliation Agreements

Can all outstanding affiliate agreements be returned as soon as possible. These provide Abermule Community Centre with your designated points of contact for distribution of mailings, meeting agendas and minutes and billing. It also notifies us of your designated Keyholder and prompts us to renew your access fob licence. Failure to return your completed agreement may result in the deactivation of your access fob.

Changes to Digital Services

Changes to Digital Services:

At the end of July ALL our digital services will be migrated onto the new platform. This includes; Online Booking (formerly skedda), Video Conferencing (formerly Zoom), Web Content Management System (formerly CMS), E-mail (formerly OWA), Shared access drive (formerly dropbox) and access to the Abermule Broadcast Newtwork.

Logins for the new platform have now been issued to all active users. If you have not received your login details or wish to have access to our online services. Please contact info@abermule.cymru prior to Wednesday 31st July 2019.

Legacy portals may be accessible after this date, but changes on these systems after the 31st July will not be migrated onto the active system.
